Wags & Wonders Boarding Information
Medication form has to be filled out every time if pet is on any medications.
Here at Wags & Wonders, we want you to know that your pet is in good hands and do our best to make them fell as if they were at home. You may bring some of their items that they use at home-e.g. blankets, bedding. We recommend you bring their own food, packed in individual bags for each feeding and sealed in an airtight container to help with any stomach upset. We do have boarding food (Authority-chicken and rice) at a charge of $5 per day.

We do require the Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella (kennel cough). At this time the K9 Influenza is strongly recommended, but not required. Will have to sign waiver, if choose not to get the K9 Flu vaccine for your pet. Vaccine records need to be emailed to wagsandwonders@yahoo.com.

In order to speed up check in, you can print the boarding form and contract to fill them out at home and bring them at drop off. You can also email them back after filling out. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call or email us.
